During these past couple of months in lockdown has been tough mentally and physically. Prior to lockdown I had tones of motivation to get up and crack on and I was in decent shape to going gym every other day.
But, now I am eating the wrong foods not working out due to the motivation I have. I am trying to change the way I am just in time for summer.
I am doing a #90daychallenge which will consist of non-equipment workouts and once the gyms are back on which looks like April I will start to introduce weighted workouts to. But, the most Important thing 'a diet' I believe and so many other people believe that the number one thing to anyone to get in better shape is their diet. You can do all the workouts in the world but if your diet isn't right you will not go anywhere in fact you will become even worse.
If anyone else is willing to do this it is so so so simple all you have to do is have a balance diet that's it you don't have to go on an extreme diet for this to work and for you to see improvements.
