Convenience of being a Farmer in Japan

Being a farmer in Japan is very convenient.
A common, frequent practice in Japanese suburbs is for the farmer to sell vegetables right where they grow, and there is no salesman, you have to put money in the box and pick up the goods yourself.

And in the city there are special vending machines for that. You put your goods there and take your money back in the evening.
