Interesting vests you can buy in Japan

Hi Steemit Friends,

Went shopping and saw something suitable for mum.

Sometimes I wonder these vests are so popular for the women in Japan but after some explanation, I can see why.

They are not only warm, they have the front pockets to put things in and it also protects their normal clothes.
