このカードゲームはとても良くできています。ゲーム自体は30分ほどですが、大事なのはゲームの勝ち負けではなく、ゲーム終了時点での参加者それぞれの気づきにあります👨🏫
その後のワークショップも重要です。ここでは、ファシリテーターの運び方で、参加者の気づきが大きく変わってきます🤓
