Wow、you managed a very accurate when we learning another language! Id just like to point out as in one of English examples that when we have 'hear' sounds more like 'hair' than 'here', and 'weird' more like 'wear-d' than 'wee-rd'.
Another thing I'd like to point out is that sometimes we do roll there. Often this can be found in the liaison between two words . It's facinating!
