Lessons of Japanese Wisdom

There is more than subtle difference between Chinese and Japanese wisdom. The first one has deep roots in the treatment of the Conflict and adversity, both elements quite consustanciados with the history of the Chinese people. Strategy as an element of government of business organizations owes much to Chinese wisdom, in fact from there come the most important exponents of the Eastern Strategy, which differs significantly from that developed in the West because the latter privileges the movement and the action of great resources insofar as it is perfected when it decides in favor of the Conflict without putting the fight into practice.

The Japanese wisdom, however, is less structured and pours its wealth mainly in the individual and its daily dynamics. Being always an isolated land, surrounded by water everywhere and lacking the prodigal wealth that other pieces of the world gave to different peoples, Japanese culture developed around the capacity of its men and women as a fundamental element of survival and progress.

Only this ability allowed them to emerge from the ashes after the last world war, which sadly were important protagonists, and this allows them to continue today in leadership positions in an economy without borders, instant reaction and absolutely interconnected.

The Japanese experience is like few in the history of mankind. If you have to talk about the nation, the Japanese shine among their peers, as an entrepreneurial culture almost none like the Japanese. The quality carries Japanese brand, the Japanese patent creativity, the competitive Japanese distinction.

There was a time, in the 1970s and 1980s, when the vigor of the Japanese economy and especially its aggressive competitive profile, became a daily concern in the United States. The giant looked again with suspicion towards the Pacific. At the same time, the "Dragons of Asia" emerged, neighboring economies that emulated the Japanese experience and the third world lived under the "made in Japan" brand.

The 21st century receives a Japan with a lower profile, working in the domestic sphere to solve the unavoidable problems that leadership brings. It remains the third largest economy in the world, one of the largest exporters on the planet, but it is again directing its energies inward, like who compresses the spring before releasing it.

The world will still listen to Japan for a long time, and if it comes to paying attention to Japanese wisdom, it will have done so with remarkable benefit.

This is a modest summary of some vectors that have the Japanese wisdom, masterful proverbs from the other side of the world, land of human wealth, with whose existence it is enough to itself and surplus for the rest of us:
