Jaxx Wallet Vulnerability? You Tell Me

Please help me make this viral so I can get help.

I'm writing this out of frustration and disappointment with the support I have received at Jaxx and if anyone from Jaxx cares to contact me please do so at [email protected]

So, as of right now I have lost a significant amount of tokens and have received nothing but canned responses from Jaxx claiming user error, no potential vulnerabilities, and telling me I should have kept my tokens in cold storage. Finally that I should contact local authorities.

So you tell me.

• I have a Samsung Galaxy s8 running the latest version of Android Fully Patched, google play protect is active as well as lookout Security and Antivirus.
• I am a Pastor and don't visit any shady sites.
• I have biometrics turned on with a 1 minute lockout and don't loan out or let anyone hold my phone and am certain there is no way someone could have physically accessed it. I also guarantee that in my circle of friends 99% don't know what crypto currency is, much less a jaxx wallet, much less a nemonic phrase to protect it.
• I backed up and downloaded the phrase on install back in December Printed and put it in the safe and have no other copies of it.
• I live physically in the country about 11 miles from town and I mean nobody is anywhere near the house to even try to hack wifi or anything of that sort. 
• I have never accessed or used Jaxx ever outside of that phone

Yet when I checked my balances yesterday - all my BTC, ETH, and ERC20 tokens are gone and can now be found in the following wallet that has as of this posting 854 ETH.

Obviously the owner of that wallet is a hacker that knows what the heck they are doing. If you even look at the timing of the wallet it seems almost bot like with the 9pm EST as a regular interval for transactions.

So you tell me?  Hmmm.  I find Jaxx's claims of USER error or my phone itself being hacked highly suspect. I understand why they would want to iterate and reiterate that their wallet is 100% safe, but heck let the little guy suffer right.

Maybe someone from Jaxx would be bold enough to email me and set up a call to discuss and see if you can't help me? Do you really think my local authorities are capable of a blockchain analysis? Do you care about your customers? I know blockchain transactions are not reversible, but hey maybe get me some restitution? 

I personally suspect someone is hacking them strategically and at this stage until Jaxx can work with a client like me it will be hard to think otherwise.
