Custom MIDI control mappings to the JD-XI using SYSEX

Shows how to setup custom sliders and kobs to control the Roland JD-XI synthesizer with the A-500 Pro MIDI controller. Using system exclusive (SYSEX) messages to control things like AMP and Filter Envelopes, Aftertouch, toggles for sub oscillators and filter cutoff and resonance.

Tutorial on SYSEX basics, including: MIDI control change messages, hexadecimal calculations, how to read MIDI implementation documents, and how to form a system exclusive message.
