Eating jengkol in small amounts make the appearance problems, because it produces bad breath, sweat, feces, and urine. In fact this odor can be overcome by cleaning yourself with hygiene kits that contain fragrances, such as toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, and deodorant.
Odor in the urine can be reduced if rinsing done before and after urinating with sufficient amount of water or if it needs to be washed with cleaning fluid.
Not only the smell, jengkol can interfere with the health of a man because consuming excess jengkol can lead to the accumulation of crystals in the channel, called "jengkolan".
This happens because jengkol has high content of jengkolat acid and is difficult to dissolve in water at acidic pH. The risk of attacked jengkolan vary in each person and genetically influenced by the environment.
