    These are actually my very first two pages done on a draw-on-the-screen Wacom-powered Tablet PC. (An old Portege M200. I've since upgraded, but that was a great starter machine). But boy, it was a pretty weird feeling getting used to the fact you can zoom in and out. Otherwise, it's a lot like paper.
