Recently on his podcast, Chris Jericho confessed that he considered holding the "Blood & Guts" fight in the backyard of his own home.
"We're actually sitting in my backyard right now. When the lockdown (the quarantine for COVID-19) started, at one point we were still thinking about maybe doing Blood & Guts last year and there was no place to do it."
"I was like, 'Why don't we do it in my backyard and do a kind of Inoki/Saito Island Deathmatch?' There's plenty of room here. That's the thing, here's a different backyard version than what would have been done back in the day."
