Yesterday was leg day.
After I finished my bag workout I went to toughen my shins on the pole. When I was younger I used to kick the Banana tree which was a messy affair. My shins have always been sensitive and I haven't done toughening exercises in decades. Tapping my shins on the steel pole is working as each week goes by the taps get harder and harder.
Once I was done with that I did my leg extensions, curls, and presses. I decreased the weight and rest, and increase the reps and sets. I could barely stand after. It was awesome.
I finished with shadow boxing and shots which was so hard with jello legs.
