জব ইন্টারভিউতে নিজেকে সুন্দর ভাবে উপস্থাপন করার কৌশল

হ্যালো স্টিমিয়ান বন্ধুরা কেমন আছেন ? আশা করি এই রোজার মাসে সবাই সুস্থ ও ভালো আছেন । আমি আমার আগের পোস্টে জব ইন্টারভিউয়ের সাত সতের জব ইন্টারভিউয়ের বিভিন্ন দিক নিয়ে আলোচনা করে ছিলাম । আজ আমি ইন্টারভিউতে নিজেকে উপস্থাপন করার কিছু টিপস ও নিয়ম নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো ।

ভালো কোম্পানিগুলো আপনার মেধা যাচাইয়ের পাশাপাশি আপনার চলাফেরা ও আদব-কায়দার উপর ও নজর দিয়ে থাকে । তারা সবসময় সবচাইতে উত্তম লোকটাকেই তাদের কোম্পানিতে নিতে চায়। তাই মেধার পাশাপাশি আপনাকে আরও আনুষঙ্গিক কিছু নিয়ম কানুন মেনে চলতে হবে ।

ইন্টারভিউতে যাবার সময় প্রথম যেই দিকটায় লক্ষ্য রাখবেন তা হচ্ছে আপনার ড্রেস । কারন পোশাক আপনার রুচিবোধ প্রকাশ করবে । ছেলেরা ফরমাল ড্রেস পরবেন, চুল অবশ্যই ছোট থাকতে হবে, কোন টি-সার্ট পরে যাওয়া যাবে না, কোন ধরনের ব্রেসলেট ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। মেয়েরা মার্জিত ড্রেস পরে যাবেন , ম্যাচিং ড্রেস পরে গেলে আরও ভালো । অনেকে নিজের প্রতি ইম্প্রেশন বাড়ানোর জন্য ঝাঁজালো গন্ধের বডি স্প্রে ব্যবহার করেন , এটা কোন মতেই করবেন না । আপনার ক্লোথিং ই আপনার রুচিশিলতার পরিচয় দিবে ।

ইন্টারভিউতে যাবার সময় প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজ পত্র ও এক্সেসরিস সাথে নিন। অনেকে সিভি সাথে নিয়ে যান না, এটা কখনোই করবেন না । ইন্টারভিউতে যাবার সময় অবশ্যই সিভি সঙ্গে নিয়ে যাবেন । মনের ভুলেও কলম না নিয়ে ইন্টারভিউতে যাবেন না, কোন প্রয়োজনে কলমের দরকার হলে তখন রিক্রুটারের নিকট কলম চাওয়া রীতিমত বেয়াদবি ও উদ্বেগহীনতার লক্ষন এবং ইন্টারভিউ দিতে অন্তত ৩০ মিনিট পুর্বে পৌঁছান , দেরি করবেন না ।

আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকেই রয়েছেন যারা ইংলিশে দুর্বল। এতে মন খারাপ করার কিছু নেই এমনটা হতেই পারে । তাই যদি ইন্টারভিউ বোর্ডে রিক্রুটার ইংলিশে প্রশ্ন করে তাহলে তার কাছে অনুমতি চেয়ে আপনি বাংলায় উত্তর দিবেন । অনুমতি ব্যতিত বাংলায় উত্তর দিবেন না এটি রীতিমত বেয়াদবি । আবার অনেকে ওভারস্মার্ট হতে গিয়ে উল্টা পাল্টা বা ভুল ইংলিশ ব্যবহার করে উত্তর দিতে যায়, এতে সে আলোচিত বিষয়টি সুস্পষ্ট ভাবে পরিবেশন করতে পারে না। তাই আপনি যেই ভাষায় দক্ষসম্পন্ন সেই ভাষাই ব্যবহার করুন, এতে আপনি আলোচিত বিষয় বিস্তারিত ভাবে উপস্থাপন করতে পারবেন ।

আরো অনেক খুটি নাটি বিষয় রয়েছে যেগুলোর দিকে নজর দেওয়া উচিত যেমনঃ ইন্টারভিউ বোর্ডে যাবার পুর্বে ধুমপান করবেন না, ইন্টারভিউ বোর্ডে যাবার পুর্বে ফোন সাইলেন্ট মোডে রাখবেন, ইন্টারভিউ বোর্ডে গিয়ে মিথ্যা কথা বলবেন না, ইন্টারভিউ বোর্ডে মাথা নিচু/উচু করে উত্তর না দিয়ে রিক্রুটারের দিকে তাকিয়ে উত্তর দিবেন ইত্যাদি ।
