Title: Head of Web Design
Reports to: All other council members, top tier position
Based at: Worldwide
Job purpose:
To Maintain the Main AdFete website, implement new features, secure the overall safety of the site and all user data.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Maintain and develop the AdFete website,
Liase with other council members about what features should be added or removed from the website,
Responsible for keeping the site running smoothly and scaling up as platform becomes more popular
Report to council with running statistics, and liase with marketing about site analytics.
Respond promptly to security threats and attacks on AdFete
Detect and remove Bugs
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
Create and maintain software documentation
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Requirements
Proven working experience in web programming
Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation process
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Payment will be 50K AdFete tokens plus a further 50K AdFete tokens if targets are hit. Targets are to be discussed individually with candidates.
