Job Description:
- Accountable for design of job advertisements and their distribution through the approved marketing channels of communication: newspapers, social networks, etc.
- Accountable for all the selection process from the sourcing, screening of Candidates, up to the classification of resumes in the respective data base and Physical Personal Interview of Finalists Short Listed, as well as investigation of new recruitment channels and cooperation partners.
- Representation of the company at job fairs and in meetings with the respective partners
- Periodic reporting Human Resources Management Team
Job Profile Specs
- Graduated in Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations or Human Resources Administration.
- Minimum 1 year solid experience as Recruitment Coordinator
- Experience in searching, recruiting, headhunting and selection of personnel
- High negotiation skills
