Must Haves
-Ideally you have worked as a travel agent and/or you are a strong consultative sales person that has traveled/lived throughout Canada .
-2-3+ years of sales experience in a measured sales target environment.
-Demonstrated ability to hit & exceed targets.
-Cultural fit: You are someone that is charismatic and approachable – an influencer! People listen when you speak!
Strong relationship building skills.
-A focus on attention to detail, organization & time management.
-Flexibility with working hours and weekends as shifts are scheduled across a 7-day week (3 months in advance).
-Must love Canada and have a passion for travel!
-A strong willingness to learn and consistent drive to improve.
