Is Joe Barry Carroll underrated or overrated?

Joe Carroll is considered by many an Underachiever/Bust. He was drafted by the Golden State Warriors with the first overall pick. In his first season, Joe averaged 19 points and 9 rebounds per game. He also lead the Warriors in blocks (121) that season as well. His best season was in 1983 when he averaged 24 points, 2 blocks and 9 rebounds per game. Joe ended his 10 year career averaging 17 points, 7 rebounds and nearly 2 blocks per game. Now in my opinion, that is a pretty successful NBA career. But to many, they believe the nickname that was given to him - "Joe Barely Cares"!
