Champ and Major Biden are sending everyone a “very special Christmas message” this year.

The video starts with “We Wish You A Merry Christmas” playing soft and slow in the background of a video of Champ, the older Biden dog. But it quickly speeds up with the energy and video of the younger dog, Major.
