The buddhist monk in the city

A buddhist monk, who shall remain nameless, goes to a hot dog stand to purchase a hotdog and orders a hotdog.
"What would you like on it?" asks the hotdog man.
"Make me one with everything." the monk solemnly replies.
So, the monk reaches into his robe and produces a crisp new $20 bill he earned blogging on steemit. He hands it to the hot dog man, and waits.
"I would like my change." the stalward monk remarks vehemently.
The hotdog man chortles with glee, as he replies "change comes from within."
