The reason why i shared this because it is my biggest question how they did the bidding for ransom and rescue the 5 loggers imagine the ask of the kidnappers is about $200,000 US dollars in pesos is about 1 million but how come they agreed to $300 US dollars. That was really serious negotiation and a little bit ridiculous because i remember a funny story but i think it was true story goes this way.
A traffic enforcer and a PUV driver
It was early in the morning the PUV driver gone ahead for pick-up commuters on the streets. However he gotten his attention when the traffic enforcer waving sign him to stop and he remember that his vehicle was in "coding" meaning one vehicle that they was for others not for him it supposedly he'll his code is for the next day. For example the vehicle for Monday is plate no. 123 you are not allowed to travel and use that day.
Traffic E: do you know that you are coding today?
PUV Driver: Sir, i'm sorry i forgot i thought it was my day today.
Traffic E: definitely! This is your day where is your licence.
PUV Driver: Sir, please forgive me i will not do it again please let me go... please do not apprehend me.
Traffic E: ok, will do that ( looking at his wallet). Do you have 500 pesos?
PUV Driver: Sir, i am sorry i don't have that amount right now, besides it's my first day i haven't pick-up yet.
Traffic E: ok, 200 pesos that is my bid.
PUV Diver: even if you turn me upside down neither penny you will get from me i don't have yet profit.
Traffic E: 50 pesos last bid.
PUV Driver: nothing sir. I don't have it please.
Traffic E: This is my very last bid (with frustration face) 1 peso..!
PUV Driver: please... sir i have none...
