The juice that I made today was a first timer. The deepest red color that I ever managed to squeeze out of vegetables and fruits.
Let's start with the ingredients, shall we? Most of them are organically grom in my father's garden.
Beetroot
Look at these beauties.
Cleaned and chopped into smaller chunks.
Two small apples
From the grocery store.
Carrots
Half a kilo of organic persuasion.
Two secret ingredients - dozen beetroot leaves and several red cabbage leaves
Last item - ginger
Sorry, I forgot to photo cabbage and ginger.
The outcome
Dark violet and red strong juice, a short liter of it.
The taste is strong and earthy as you may predict it. It is not very sweet and not very pleasant. This is not your ordinary delicious juice. Yet it is full of health.
Enjoy
Ps: will I repeat this experiment? Probably not. I will stick to more mundane juices - beetroot, carrots, and apples in larger quantities will do nicely, thank you.
Wooooow so lovely, great work, steem on
