• a steemit newbie, has a rank of not more than 40.
• has a good and quality blog
• has less than 30 days on steemit
I may not be able to do much, however I try to help at least one new user a week.

It is a little help, throughout the course of the year I hope to help out a few more people, those few that get help will help a few people, and thus it grows. Like I told @mudcat36 and @davemccoy I could not assist 100% the way they envision it, but I would do what I could. I think it is a good project they started, and for me it is going to be once a week, so that is almost 50 people receiving help by years end.

Hello @dointa, I have upvoted, and resteemed your Dreams post.It is clear on the photo that you used the artist name, many people like and want when a photo or video is used to have a remark and link of where the picture or video came from if it is not theirs.
Example:

By adding the source of where the picture came from or the video came from will keep people from potentially having @cheetah bot visit them and others downvoting because they think the picture is being claimed as their own.
When you post a picture or a video, (your "Romanian dance"), you should add some text to it. Let us know why you posted the video. Example: Hello friends I would like to share with a part of my culture that I just adore. Romain Dance is a special part of life where I live and I really enjoy it, so I thought I would share this video with you, so you can see how energetic our culture is.
Something like that dointa. By adding your own words and reason for posting people will see you more as a person and not just some robot trying to make a few dollars, but as someone who genuinely want to be engaged with the community and to make friends here on steemit.

When @mudcat36 asked, I had to look, I can not be 100% fully invested as I told him, but I am helping as I can. I remember how hard it was those first couple weeks. I mean it is still hard for me, I am still learning, but what I have learned I am more than willing to give back. I also think a person seeing that steemit can be about more than the rewards and the money, that they will take a natural enjoyment out of it, and without even realizing it they will see their rewards grow. Thank you for your interest, and comment. I like the translate function so easy to use. Been growing more and more use to it as I use steemit.

Sometimes works well sometimes the translations are a bit difficult to understand.

I propose a small challenge, and wrote a post yesterday about steemit and how very similar it is to link, I wanted to check if you get to understand something in English because I translated it with google translator, at the moment and received only comments in Spanish but none in English so I do not know if you are really understanding something.

I looked at the page, It seems to be a very nicely redone post of a company http://www.tissuewell.com/welcome/ page. So does not really meet our/my standards. In addition you are already at level 40. The newbieresteem issue is meant for those less than 40. Thank you for your interest however.
