Still on the growth of Dash Digital Currency in Africa, Abdul kudus Mutaru known on slack page as zambang and Awal Mohammed Sani known on slack page as dagogu55 once again organized a successful meet up on the 17th of September 2017 in the upper west regional capital of Ghana, Wa. The potential of Dash in Africa cannot be over emphasized and need to be utilized to get people informed as many see Dash crypto currency as a roadmap to end poverty. More than 40 participants participated on that colorful evening and it was amazingly amazing.
Opening the event was an opening prayer led by the master of the ceremony (MC) Mohammed Awal Sani which was followed by zambang. He walked participants through a deeper understanding of crypto currencies, its genesis and how it can lead to economic freedom. He made participants to understand that crypto currencies are user friendly and a decentralized form of control unlike the fiat currencies which are controlled by the central banks. He added that when using crypto currencies in the purchase of goods and services, it does not demand any third party, all you need to do is to get the application on your smartphone, get the address of the seller and transaction is done within a twinkle of an eye.
He then led participants through a deeper understanding of Dash Digital Currency by explaining to participants what Dash is about (As a currency with instant transaction), he further defined Dash as “In short, Dash is what I thought Bitcoin was going to be” and also indicated that Dash is a better version of Bitcoin V20. In transaction and especially at the point of sale where you extend the cash to the seller is instant and that makes Dash digital Currency as the only currency with instant transaction. Dash also makes it possible to make a private transaction which will not be traceable on the blockchain technology (Dash is secured), all these were thoroughly discussed.
Finally, a friendly appeal was made to all participants to install the Dash wallet into their phones. Meekly, the appeal was accepted and all participants indeed installed into their phones the Dash official wallet. The need to protect their private keys was also looked at as that prevents Dashians from losing their money when their phones are missing. Many were interested to see how money can be uploaded into their installed Dash wallets, and a $5 Dollar Dash was sent to more than six participants each and they indeed confirmed the instantaneous feature of Dash Digital Currency.
