material :

Half a kilo of pumpkin, 8 buds garlic, 100 grams of carrot, salt according to taste, 2 table spoon refined oil, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 inch slice ginger chopped, 2 onions cut long, 2 tablespoons chopped green coriander , 1 tsp cumin, 1 lemon juice, 2 table spoon fresh cream for decorating

Method :

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into 1 inch pieces. Peel the carrots and cut it in half an inch long pieces. Put one and a half cups of water and salt in the pressure cooker. Then add chopped carrots and pumpkin seeds and put it on the flame. Take a whistle from the flame. Meanwhile, finely chop green coriander and garlic.

Add oil to a pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds and chop them. Add onion and fry until it turns pink. Add grated coriander and garlic and fry for 2-4 minutes. Now add boiled carrots, pumpkin, garam masala and chopped ginger. Cover with a low flame for a while. Lower the flame and add lemon juice. Serve over the bolt and decorate it with fresh cream from above and serve it incandescent.
