You're the Only Competition that Matter

Too often we find ourselves scrolling through social media and comparing ourselves to others around us.

WE MUST STOP THIS.

Stop placing the pressure of others upon yourself. You did not grow up with the same surroundings as them. Your reality is not their reality and it never will be. Your reality is yours and yours alone to wield.

Work on improving only 1% daily.

Why 1%?

Because;

SMALL ACTIONS
OVERTIME
EQUAL RESULTS

“Compounding is the greatest mathematical discovery of all time.” — Albert Einstein

You're probably not going to lift 300lbs the first time you go to the gym, but with a plan and week after week of consistency, you'll probably be at 400 before you know it.

This is the key to becoming fucking legendary. Consistent and persistent actions over time, trying to improve just a little every time.

Dedicate to doing something today.

“When you improve a little each day, eventually big things occur. When you improve conditioning a little each day, eventually you have a big improvement in conditioning. Not tomorrow, not the next day, but eventually a big gain is made. Don’t look for the big, quick improvement. Seek the small improvement one day at a time. That’s the only way it happens — and when it happens, it lasts.” —John Wooden
