Kakout, a man different from the image sold on social networks

For several days, a video of a young man whose face is covered with a red handkerchief filming a shooting scene, screaming "Kakout pran bal" circulates in loop on social networks. On Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, in particular, this video has become an object of ridicule of the Net surfers. Some even reconstituted it.

What really happened that day? How did this young man get his bloody leg? Why was this scene filmed? Who is Kakout? Kakout's brother Domini Raisin gave an update on these issues.

Ocmane Raisin, whose assumed name is Kakout, was shot twice in the left leg on Monday, February 10, 2019. He was rushed to a hospital in the capital for treatment. His injury had caused a significant loss of blood. Kakout is close to death. So much so that he had only three grams of blood left before he arrived at the hospital where he is being cared for, explains Domini Raisin. However, he was careful not to give clues to the hospital in question partly because of the general panic caused by the video.

While the country was paralyzed because of political unrest, Kakout was, like many citizens, cloistered in the neighborhood where his home located Corridor Icare not far from the Church of St. Anthony at Poupelard Avenue. Kakout was one of the young people in his neighborhood who discussed the difficulties the country faces, according to Domini Raisin.

Suddenly, heavy shots appear. The young person who appeared on the video known as Kiyou, curious and hilarious as he was, hastened to take his Smartphone and hide his face with a scarf to film the scene and broadcast it on social networks, said Kakout's brother. His comrades were categorically opposed to it. But, Kiyou was at his head, reports Domini Raisin pointing out that employees of Professional Security Services (PSS), the security agency located at the corner of Avenue Christophe and Lalue seem to have been involved in the shootings .

At a time when the situation was becoming overheated, Kiyou was making nasty remarks, his way of expressing his distress at the troubles of the country, says Domini. Suddenly, he noticed that Kakout was shot. At that moment, he began to shout "Mesye mesye, Kakout pran bal". And just on the video, we see Kakout, the bloody leg rescued by his comrades.

Another well-known Woof youth was injured in the jaw, says Domini, noting that the other victim's parents spent large sums of money to save his life.

"There have never been clashes between the young people of the Icare corridor," Domini swears.

Who is Kakout?

Contrary to general apprehension, Kakout is not a bandit. Kakout is a tiler and garment maker of leather sandals. His professional activities impose him return in different cities of the country, according Domini.

Kakout is the father of a pretty 13-year-old girl, Domini said. This girl born of a free union with Natacha Saint-Louis is in seventh year fundamental in a school of the capital.

Currently, the state of Kakut is not critical, rejoices Domini.
