the coolest elephant in a hindu temple ceremony

6th june 2012 in Kanchipuram in south india. the ther festival of the visnu kanchi temple on the street. the elephant is part of the temple ritual where the idol from the temple is taken around the town. the public wants and buys the elephant experience for their children. they also consider it good to be touched by the elephant. i found the elephant very cool, with so much noise and all happening around.
