Kashmiri crimson chai with ground pistachios and almonds
Ingredients:
2 tsp of kashmiri tea leaves or pure green tea leaves (that is a own family model, comes out quite close to the real deal)
1/four – 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2-three pods of cardamom, seeds removed and overwhelmed more or less
1 half- 2 cups of water
1 half – 2 cups of entire milk
1/four – half of tsp sea salt or sugar in case you choose, however it’s ‘salt tea’ so salt is more authentic!
Garnish: 1-2 tsp of ground pistachios and almonds and 1 tsp of poppy seeds
Makes up to two cups of tea. Takes approximately 15 minutes to prepare
