Turkish style keba
It is not different from the record in the Arab region except in the way of tabbling where the Turks prefer to taste spices immediately before cooking and provide vegetables with nutritious vegetables such as tomatoes, salads, parsley, onions and pomegranate molasses.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo minced lamb
1 large onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tablespoon meat spice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and black pepper as desired
Method:
In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Then divide the kebab mixture into 10 balls.
Finally put the meat in skewers and then placed on the grill and fluctuate on each side .. until it ripens
