Everything is just simple!

From last 15 year of corporate experience, what I understand is everything is simple or I will say most of the things. In term of investment, career or even research or anything if you are patient, hard working and focused then you are bound to have success. All the big talks about genius, IQ etc. in most of the fields is useless or fugazzi.
