To easily call your Rep and Senator, go to https://www.battleforthenet.com .

After you enter your phone number they will call and ask you to enter your zip code, at which point they will automatically connect you to your representatives.

My spiel:
"Hi, I'm #yourname and I'm a #statewhereyoulive voter.
With so much communication and commerce taking place on the internet and with so many businesses, big and small, dependent on the internet, I don't see the benefit of giving control over all that communication and commerce to what are often local or regional monopolies.
Every policy has winners and losers. Removing net neutrality rules is a winner for ISPs and a loser for literally everyone else."
