I was wondering why this was taking so long! It's been 2 days and it wasn't really separating. This was the fourth run of this batch of kefir. Not sure if it's because I was trying to make it stretch for 4 batches or if I just was not careful with sanitation when putting the lid on. I suspect it's the latter... Be careful out here folks watch out for that black mold!
