KELTA is a data center built to empower scientific researchers, scientists, and cryptocurrency miners by providing industry-grade computing capabilities at affordable prices KELTA itself is a family member of AGEM DATA, a group of companies specializing in the provision of computing power. AGEM DATA is the owner of data center building, while KELTACapital, S.R.O. is the operator and vendor of TOS token. KELTA was formed as a special substantive entity for ICO purposes.
Human tapping is now developed so rapidly and that everything has been done by using computers and along with it the need for supercomputers is in need especially for coding and solving the formulation of calculations so complex calculations, especially for crypto miners and researchers - researchers who is developing a project.

And therefore to have a computer that has such capabilities does not require a small cost and maybe that can be an alternative, for now, is cloud computing but it has a little-complicated operation and will be a constraint for those who lack knowledge in the field of network.
In line with that KELTA has found an idea and idea to create an efficient large data center platform that has simple access and has a supercomputer power that can be accessed and also enjoyed from all circles with the mission of improving data center accessibility around the world.

Together with its parent company, AGEM DATA, KELTA has built a 2700 square meter facility in Bratislava, Slovakia. The data center is equipped with a tier-level security, liquid immersion-dipping system, and two separate power connections that supply the power supply with 20 megawatts of electrical power at a reasonable price.
In order to realize the achievement of this mission, KELTA is currently holding an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) to raise funds to purchase the necessary hardware for a fully operational data center, and to develop mobile and web applications to easily access data center services. Token holders will be able to access one watt of data center capacity per token they have, in order to conduct scientific research or other calculations, through KELTA mobile and web applications.

this KLT token is a utility token that allows users to use the KELTA platform. The TOS does not represent the company's shares, the right to a decision on the direction of KELTA, or the right to dividends, profits, or investment income.

USE OF BLOCKCHAIN ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGY
Transparency in terms of information about the number of tokens owned by users publicly. And all information about the transfer is general and can be traced back in time.

Compliance with token ownership rules:
• Only Ethereum users and contracts can be the token holder or take the token holder role.
• Each token is owned by one user owner. There are no shared tokens.
• Token can be transferred to other users only by direct order from the owner

Secure contract management:
• The contract owner may assign the ownership to the user or contract Other Ethereum.
• The contract owner may terminate or continue token transfers between the token holder at any time.

KLT tokens are a standard token of ERC20 built on the Ethereum blockchain network. One token ownership gives unlimited access holder tokens to one watt of KELTA data capacity. The number of watts in which the user has access equals the number of KLT tokens it owns.

The other benefits for KELTA token holders are as follows:

  1. Unlimited access to data centers for up to 50 years

  2. Access to the simplified KELTA application enables users to choose the type of coin to be mineed

  3. And membership in the crypto community is exclusively supported by the equipment already provided on the site KELTA

  4. the holder can also rent KELTA token to other users who will also have their own advantages

About Token Sale
Kelta ICO funds will be held in escrow, ensuring an additional level of security for funds received during the token sale. Funds will be released from escrow to Kelta as the company moves forward with the plans specified in the roadmap. The KELTA team has determined that the most appropriate means by which to distribute the KLT token is through an Initial Coin Offering (ICO). Tokens will be available for sale for 64 days, starting March 26th, 2018 and ending May 21st, 2018 During the token sale, there will be a soft cap set at 2,000,000 KLT tokens.
