A lot of fast food restaurants are now catering to the American way of dieting. Almost all have their nutritional information on their websites now making it easier for people on a diet to stick to their plans.
McDonald's has been on a health kick for a while. Their website contains all their nutritional information including ingredients and food exchanges. They have even convinced Bob Greene, Oprah's personal trainer and author of "The Best Life Diet", to contribute tips for more balanced eating on their website. Under nutritional information you'll find meal suggestions complete with the total calories, fat, etc. for the entire meal. McDonald's sells tasty salads, fruit and yogurt parfaits and apple dippers that are lower in calories and fat than their normal fast food choices. This makes them a good choice for moms on a diet whose children love their happy meals
Wendy's website has a lot of nice tools for those watching their diet. These include a gluten free menu and even a pdf with tips for making better choices for the whole family. They even have a diabetic exchange list. Their menu includes a variety of salads, grilled chicken filets, and one of the only fast food restaurants who serve baked potatoes. These choices make Wendy's a unique fast food experience.
Chick-fil-a is a great fast food restaurant. I even hesitate to use the term "fast food" because their food is natural and not processed like many other restaurants. Their menu has a variety of healthy food including a southwestern chicken salad, a chargrilled chicken club sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread. They also serve carrot raisin salad, fruit cups and chicken soup. Chick-fil-a offers light dressing and mayonnaise as well. Even if you aren't in the mood for grilled chicken, their classic chicken sandwich, which is breaded, is a 100% natural whole chicken breast with only about 400 calories. Either way, it's better than eating a Big Mac on your diet.
Zaxby's is another great restaurant for chicken. While the vast majority of their menu is fried chicken or buffalo wings which contain a lot of fat grams, they also have a good selection of salads, they offer light dressings and also grilled chicken sandwiches. They even have carrots and celery that you can substitute for the fries. All of Zaxby's nutritional information can be found on their website.
Taco Bell, believe it or not, has an option for you if you're watching your diet. Many people may not know, because it's not widely advertised, that Taco Bell offers a choice called "Fresco" for their menu items. "Fresco" means they will substitute their freshly made Fiesta Salsa for any sauce or cheese. They actually offer 15 menu items that contain less than 10 grams of fat when ordering them "Fresco". Ordering your items this way can reduce many of their menu items fat content by 25%.
Subway has been advertising their lower calorie subs for a while using the famous Jarrett as their spokesperson. They now offer something called a Fresh Fit Meal. This includes a six-inch sub sandwich, one side choice and bottle of water. The sides include apple slices, raisins or baked chips. They offer salads, 8 different sub sandwiches and 3 mini subs with less than six grams of fat. See their website for more information on the Fresh Fit Meals and also tips about exercising and eating better.
Applebee's isn't your standard, drive-thru, fast food restaurant, but all things considered, they are more like fast food than most sit-down restaurants. Applebee's offers 8 Weight Watchers friendly entrees. They even have a Weight Watchers friendly desert with only 230 calories and 3 grams of fat. Their Weight Watchers entrees include Teriyaki Steak 'N Shrimp Skewers, Cajun Lime Tilapia and an Italian Chicken and Portobello Sandwich, all with less than 400 calories. If you're looking for a complete healthy meal, this would be the place to go. It's especially great for those on the Weight Watchers diet. Applebee's website has the calories, fat and fiber content as well as the Weight Watchers points listed for each of these menu items.
There are ways to make your diet healthier, even if you like to eat out a few times a week. Visit these restaurants' websites for more information on the nutritional content of their menu items.

How long have you been on the Keto Diet? I am afraid whoever taught you about the diet didn't go a good job. Almost all the food you listed here is too high in carbs to be keto friendly. Zaxby's house grilled Zalad is OK if you hold the Texas toast and the fried onions. Otherwise it is more than a full day's supply of carbs in one meal. Other places that have salad as a meal, are way too high in carbs also. Apples, raisins, yogurt, apple dippers, sandwich, sandwich and more sandwich, just isn't keto friendly unless you take a single bite and throw the rest in the trash.
