Tonight my post is a top tip on how to get the most crispy wings without deep frying.
First we need to pay dry some thawed wings.
Now for the trick.
Mix 5 tsp baking powder with 1 tsp salt.
And we toss the wings in that mix
Now just spray the wings with oil and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Then crank up the heat to 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Look at those crispy fella's.
Now obviously wings need a side dish.
