Another low carb meal post.
That is steak with roasted brussel sprouts with a beer based cheese sauce.
I started by adding to a saucepan 1/2 can of de-alcoholized low carb beer, and reduced by about half over low heat.
Then added a bunch of parmesan and cheddar cheese, as well as some garlic powder and thyme leaves and mixed over low heat until it was nice and thick.
Anyways, the Keto journey continues, hopefully it makes my medical conditions less!!
