How To Make Keto Lasagna | Low Carb Lasagna Recipe

Today I will be sharing with you my recipe for a keto friendly lasagna. The trick to keeping this low carb is to watch carbs in your tomato sauce and ricotta cheese.

Macros for 1/4:
Calories: 515
Fat: 38g
Carbs: 7g
Net Carbs: 6g
Protein: 35g

Recipe:
1 lb 80% ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 medium zucchini
10 oz ricotta cheese
4 oz mozzarella cheese
1 glove garlic

Italian seasoning:
.5 tsp salt
.5 tsp pepper
.5 tsp basil
.5 tsp oregano
.5 tsp thyme

  1. Thinly slice the zucchini.
  2. Brown the ground beef with the garlic.
  3. Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef.
  4. Layer the lasagna in an 8x8 pan. sauce, noodles, then ricotta.
    • make sure you end on a sauce layer.
  5. Sprinkle top with mozzarella.
  6. Bake covered at 350 for 30 min.
  7. Remove foil covering and broil until brown.
  8. Enjoy!
