Do you love McDonald's breakfast sandwiches? This is a tasty Keto Bacon and Egg McGriddle alternative to satisfy your cravings without blowing your carbs for the day. If you don't like bacon (shame on you) then you can substitute sausage or ham for an equally enjoyable meal.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. One thing I will say about this mug bun in this recipe is that you don't have to mix it in the mug if you are worried about it not mixing well enough. You can mix it in a bowl and then pour it into the mug. If you grease the mug with butter first that is a bonus.
