Pão de Côco Keto 🍞 Keto Coconut Bread

Ingredientes:

•120g farinha de coco
•22g de psilium
•13,5 fermento
•1colher de sal

Juntar todos os ingredientes secos numa taça, misturar e Adicionar:

•28,5ml vinagre de cidra
•6 ovos

Mexer até envolver bem todos os ingredientes, por fim Juntar:

•240ml água fervente

Sem parar de mexer até formar uma massa.
Moldar a mesma com as mãos e colocar numa forma com papel vegetal.

Opcional:

•Enfeitar com sementes de sésamo.

Segue para o Forno a 180 graus durante aproximadamente 60minutos.
Deixar arrefecer completamente e fatiar.

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix and Add:

•28.5ml cider vinegar
•6 eggs

Stir until well wrapped all ingredients, finally Add:

•240ml boiling water

Without stopping stirring until it forms a dough.
Shape it by hand and place it in a baking sheet with baking paper.

Optional:

•Garnish with sesame seeds.

Go to the oven at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
Allow to cool completely and slice.
