Hey thanks so much for taking the time to comment. There are vegetarian alternative to keto lifestyle, basically high fat/very low carb is key. Avocados, cheeses , Creams, Fatty fishes like Salmon,. You can also trick your body to burn more fat by taking 1-3 tablespoons of 100% C8 MCT oil with another fat like butter so does not upset your stomach. Check out the bulletproof coffee recipe. Yepp yepp, avocados are on my daily meal plan...and so is fish, almost daily....not a big fan of cheese though, cuz I feel it just has to go through quite a lot of process from being milk to being cheese. And besides the macro aspects of foods, I also think food should be as natural as possible. And regarding bulletproof....I want to try it for years but still handnt do it, don't really know why. I'm putting coconut oil to each and every cup of coffe of mine but never really went 100% to do the proper bulletproof coffee.
