Ingredients Shahi Paneer

Paneer, 400 grams cut into square pieces

Oil 2 tablespoons

Onions, finely chopped 2 healthy

Cashew 15 - 20

Tomatoes, finely chopped 5 healthy

Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Butter 2 tablespoons

Cream decorating

Kasuri Fenugreek Powder 1 Tablespoon

Garam Masala Powder 1 Tablespoon

Cardamom powder 1/4 (one fourth teaspoon

Method

step 1

Heat oil in a non stick embryo and add onion and cashew nuts and fry them lightly.

Step 2

Add tomatoes, cook for 10-12 minutes or until the tomatoes get anus. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry it.

Step 3

Grate this mixture into the mixer jar, let it cool, then grind it with a little water. Then put the grated mixture in the same pan.

Put butter, Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Then add cream and mix well.

Step 6

Now add paneer, kasoori fenugreek, garam masala powder, small cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 7

Take them out in the serving bowl, decorate it with a little cream and serve incandescent.
