Almond Pistachios Kulfi

Almond / Almond Thick Thick Hut 12-15

Pisti thick thick truncated 15-20

Saffron pinch

Condensed milk 400 g

Khova / Mawa is worn 1/4 (one fourth cup

Method

step 1

Heat the milk in a thick, non-stick pan. As soon as the boil arrives, pour the saffron, reduce the flame and reduce the milk by running spoon.

Step 2

When reduced to half, add condensed milk, almonds and pistachios and mix well. Cook for three to four minutes while running spoon.

Step 3

Remove the pan from the flame, then separate and let it cool. Then insert and knead it thoroughly.

Step 4

Put the kulfi in the molds and keep it in freezer to freeze. Then remove and serve immediately.
