Material Carrot Halva

Carrot 8-10 Healthier

Desi ghee 3 tablespoons

Cardamom powder 1/4 (one fourth teaspoon

Chinese 3/4 cups

Almond / Almond was saluted 5-6

Cashew nuts 5-6

Raisin 10-15

Khao / Mawa Wrapped 1 Cup

Pistachio chopped 5-6 cups

Method

step 1

Place the carrots in a microwave perfume bowl. Add Ghee to it and mix it.

Step 2

Add little cardamom powder and mix it. Cook on high in the microwave for five minutes. Then add sugar to the bowl.

Step 3

Cook on high in the microwave for two minutes. Then add almonds, cashews, raisins and khoya (keep aside for decorating a little bit) and mix them.

Step 4

Then cook in the microwave for two to two and a half minutes. Serve hot or cold by serving it separately with Khowa and Peasta.
