Method of making chicken in Dhaba style

necessary ingredients
1 kg chicken
1 cup of oil
4-5 onions cut into slices
8-10 garlic buds
1 large piece of ginger
2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
4-5 green chillies
1 large spoon cumin seeds
4-6 cloves
4-5 pepper
1 large piece of cinnamon
1-2 bay leaf
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 Big Chicken Masala Powder
1/2 nutmeg
1 large cardamom
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder

For decoration

Method
First wash the chicken and then add turmeric, a little salt and red chilli powder and marinate it.

  • Keep it for 10 minutes. (Prepare at home Chicken Tikka Masala Powder)
  • Put garam masala, coriander, cumin powder, chicken masala, salt and turmeric in a bowl of water.
    Now grind the green chillies, ginger and garlic in the cylindhet or grind it and make paste.
    Keep the pan in a high flame and add oil to it and let it warm. (Chicken Malachi Tikka)
    When the oil becomes hot, first add cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg in it.
    Then add ginger garlic paste to it and fry it.
  • It will take 3-4 minutes. (Black pepper chicken will be made in 20 minutes)
    Now add onion in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • After roasting onion, add chicken pies in it and turn it around.
    After cooking the chicken for 8-10 minutes, mix it with garam masala and tomato and mix well.
    Cover it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes. (Tehsilda Mutan Korma)
  • Then add 1 glass of water and cook until the gravy thickens. It will take 10 minutes.
  • Put the coriander leaves on the chicken and close the flame.
    After a little cooling, prepare the dhoba style chicken with roti or rice and serve it.
