India is a country of festivals. There are only some special dishes in every festival. Today is Bakrid, also known as Eid-ul-Azha. By making some special recipe of mutton, you can make goverdad more special. Let's know how to make mutton arc:
Add oil to a pan and heat it. Now put garam masala in it. After this, add powdered garlic paste and mix it. Now put onion paste. After running 2 minutes, add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and mix it.
Now add mutton chop into it and mix it well. When the spices start leaving the oil, add some water to it and keep it covered until the meat is cooked. Keep in mind that the water should be as thick as you have to keep the gravy thick.
Now add 2 drops of Kewada water. Garnish it with coriander and serve it with bread or naan.
