Seviyan Kheer Recipe / Vermicelli Kheer Recipe / Ramzan Special - Seviyan kheer also known as vermicelli kheer as a must at any festival or specially on Ramazan month. Making seviyan kheer or vermicelli kheer is very easy and does not take much time. Generally, when we make seviyan kheer, we only add cardamom powder but in this recipe I have used cloves which gives unique taste to the dessert. Give a try and let me know in the comment section.

Ingredients:
Vermicelli (Sevaiya) - 1 cup
Desi ghee (Clarified butter) - 1 tbsp
Mix dry fruits - 1 tbsp
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cloves - 5
Milk - 100 ml
Method:
Prepare ingredients.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottom pan and let it melt completely.
Add cloves and saute for few seconds.
Add seviyan and roast for 2 minutes on low heat.
Add milk and mix well.
Add mix dry fruits and sugar and mix well.
Add green cardamom powder and cook for 8 minutes on medium heat while stirring continuously.
Now seviyan kheer is ready, serve hot .
