This is called the "Shrine of the City God" it is located in the city of Khon Kaen , Thailand. Khon Kaen is one of the four major cities in Isan but it is the capital city of Isan and the Sacred Shrine of the God is located in the middle of the city where people from all over will come to pray for the good will , health and luck.

The Shrine of the God is regarded to the Thai people as a pillar of power here they come to respect and pray to the their Gods for good health and fortune. They believe their wishes will be granted by the Gods and also success in picking the correct lottery numbers as has been know to happen many times.
