Braised Ripe Kimchi and Mackerel

Good morning, everyone.
I would introduce one of new and popular homestyle cook in korea.
'Braised Ripe Kimchi and Mackerel'
this is called 'godengeo jolim' in korea and typical homestyle dish.
this is very good eating with multi grain rice.
it is my second time to cooked Mackerel by dish.
I remember and I try to seasoning home style cook.
you can put potatoes or daikon under mackerel.
I only use kimchi under mackerel and onion on it .
