Do something useful today

We have daily opportunities to be kind to people around us and give a hand when they need it. It's not about doing great things or spending your time and money in helping others. The smallest things and a kind attitude will make a big difference in people's life.

Sometimes a useful idea, which doesn't cost you anything, can change somebody's life. Just imagine how your friends' life would look like if you let them know about the opportunity of being rewarded for their work on steemit. They would be happy to do what they like, adding value to the platform and gaining something at the same time. You don't have to invest energy and finances in talking about this. It's just an idea you share with somebody.

Opening the door for your neighbor can be highly appreciated when his hands are full of carrying bags and other stuff. I just had this experience last night, when I come home, having my hands occupied with all kind of things, and one of my neighbors open the door for me. It was the best thing somebody could have done for me at that moment. If wasn't him, I had to put my things down, on the wet sidewalk and open the door. But praise God, he was at the right place at the right time. It doesn't cost him anything to be helpful, and he was. I was really happy, with a big smile on my face, for the small thing he did.

Sometimes a smile which comes from the heart can change somebody's day. It can bring hope and light to the darkest situation. There are not a hopeless situation, only hopeless people. To change their situation, sometimes it's enough a sincere smile and a warm encouragement.

To help others, even strangers is not complicated. You don't need things for that. All you need is a good heart.

Set your mind to being kind and doing good. The things you do for others eventually will come back to you!
