Kindness as a religion

Recent studies attribute hormones to kindness and fraternity. Online communities lack the humanity and therefore the natural/biological feelings that should result from interaction.
A Buddhist tool can be utilised to overcome this inherent failing: imagine the person you are relating to, imagine how they feel. Imagine them sitting next to you where you can feel their pain, their loss, or their joy. One of the four boundless qualities is sharing joy: your joy and other's joy as if it were your own. Joy in all this: is pleasure, joy for what you desire alone is: suffering and desire that leads to pain.
